Almost too sleepy to work out....😪

Today's w/o was supposed to be Core Intensive and HIIT, but I'm still not up to doing any jumping and such so I selected an abs only video which I knew I liked. And I even selected a second 15 min Abs video as an extra credit challenge for later today.

But it was not happening. I got the main w/o done ( abs burnout!!) before lunch. Yet as the day progressed I became more and more sleepy. So no ecc.

Maybe tomorrow I'll feel more energetic. 😌 No regrets.
