Holy PFT!

I wrapped up Bodyweight today. I did Low Impact before Bodyweight. Here are my PFT'S for the beginning & end of Bodyweight. Today's is also the beginning PFT for Fit which I start tomorrow. I'm so excited to see where I'm at 8 weeks from now and to see how much stronger I can get. Arm strength and flexibility have always been my weaknesses. I may add a little more of both to the Fit program.

October 10:

Weight - 160.2

1 mile run - 11:23

Half push ups - 2

Squats - 45

Plank (from toes & forearms) - 1:05.17

Flexibility - -2 inches

November 6:

Weight - 154.6

1 mile run - 9:40

Half push ups - 4

Squats - 70

Plank (from toes & forearms) - 1:20.39

Flexibility - -1.75
