My first jumps! Yaayyy

Due to my lower back pain, I've been doing everything low impact for about 7 months now. I grab my ankle weights (0,5 to 1 kg) for the past few weeks to make the workouts slightly more intense.

I'm on Day 24 Booty with this "old school" video today. https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/cardio-lower-body-toning-44-min-better-booty-tabata-workout-with-yoga-cool-down-and-stretch

I just jumped right away into the workout and managed to do the first three jumps portions (Lateral Hops, Butt Kickers, Split Jumps) with 0,5 kg ankle weights. Yaayyy, I'm a happy beginner+!!!

Thanks to my podiatrist and Fitness Blender. My lower back pain is a less intense (foot orthosis save my life) and I see some improvements in terms of flexibility, endurance, strength.

Well, I did try to do some jumps months ago but I had to stop right away as I felt the whole thing was not right (back and hip zones seemed so weird).

So today: another NSV. So happy...

Take care everyone!
