Advice on how to improve: S.O.S!

I have been doing FB for 6 years now and I love it. However, in the past year it looks like it is impossible for me to lose weight. I started going to the nutritionist two months ago and today she told me that it is weird that I exercise so much and eat well and still can't lose weight.

I exercise 6 times a week (5 + 1 recovery workout) and walk 30 minutes and jog 20 minutes during those days too. I don't drink anything just water, and ocassional beers :), and I eat well (5 times a day, fruit, veggies, etc.).

My nutritionist said that I should focus on improving my workouts, but I honestly have no idea how. What should I do? I think FB is a well structured routine that if I follow it, it should work on its own.

In a nutshell, I ended up being super confused after my appointment today and somewhat dissapointed. I am happy that I am healthy, but with all the effort I put in I would expect to see some results every month and I am not seeing them.
