Finished FB Sweat today

I finished FB Sweat today.

I decided to do the Fitness Test before and after just to see if I have improved.

Well I did the same amount of push-ups : 11

I did more squats with 10 lb weight : 48

Lost time on the plank : 20 vs 23 :-(

Flexibility is still not great.

So I have to improve on my arm and core strength. But overall I feel fitter and that's what I am going to focus on.
