What’s your favourite Fitness Blender workout program and why?

My favourite in terms of most enjoyable would definitely have to be fb strong. It was my very first program and I remember feeling so proud of myself for completing it and from then on it’s been my go-to if I need to ignite my motivation. Most challenging is definitely (no doubt about it) the flex+booty combo. Although it did give me by far the best results in both strength, endurance and physique. But man I was eating like a pig, sleeping like a sloth and sore pretty much everyday!
