Low motivation

I would seriously love to know where my motivation went in October because I think it went to the Bahamas and left me behind 🤔😭. As you can see October wasn't really what I expected my month to be and in all honesty I wasn't too happy about it. I want to change that this month and aim to workout 5 days a week and get some stretching sessions in each night because I've noticed how stiff I was in the morning. Tonight I'm going to do the most recent lower body stretching routine just to loosen up my legs a little bit and also get rid of any tight muscles. I've also noticed that I have a pretty painful knot in my quad so I'll try to foam roll that out later in the day because I'm a bit lazy right now 😅
