FB Strong or FB 30 with calorie deficit? Need recommendation! :)

Hi Blenders!

After taking the suggestion from lots of posts here about pairing a calorie deficit with weight loss, I'm finally seeing some success on the scale -- yay! This month I've been doing my own kickboxing/strength training program w/FB videos, but I'd like to go back to a program.

Any opinions about which program would go best with my calorie deficit to keep up my results? I know the programs are all fantastic -- that's why I'm asking for help in choosing. :) I'm looking at Strong or the 8-week FB 30.

(I'm doing a very sustainable calorie deficit -- shooting for 200 calorie deficit per day but usually ending up at a 300+ deficit at the end of each day. So, not doing anything crazy)
