Does anyone want to do a program with me?

Hi!

I have been exercising with Fitness Blender for a few years on and off. Lately it has been a lot more off than on... as in I am as unhealthy as I have ever been.

I need to get back on track and would like to do a program with someone. Or a few people. This could be a Low Impact Program. I am open to ideas but it would have to be a easier version.

I would like it if we started on the same date and then reported to each other if we did the workout, and how our food and water intake is going.

I’m not sure if there is anyone out there that would like to try something like this but I figured I would put it out there.
