What’s your favourite exercise?

Hey FB Family! This is my first time posting which is exciting because I absolutely love this community page.

I was just thinking about the all different exercises that I hate and love during a workout. So I wanted to ask the community the same question 😆

1)most favourite exercise

2)least favourite exercise (haha the one you dread)

3) the most underrated exercise

Here’s what I came up with

1)Toss up between lateral raises and bicep curls - I feel pretty strong in those

2)deadlifts - I really struggle with form

3)shoulder shrugs are so underrated!!
