Burn 2

I have had kind of a longish period of very stop/start way of working out. Which has got me into a bit of a rut, because when I start again a little voice in the back of my brain tells me I will only quit again. Which is annoying, and never used to be an issue, I used to be very consistent before lockdown etc.

I am starting again this week with a new program-burn 2. I am not going to have any aesthetic goals in mind this time. Just a goal to feel better, body and mind.

Fingers crossed I can get out of this rut this time around...
