Recommended calories

Hi all, I've been working out almost daily for 3 months and using the harris benedict formula to calculate calories needed to lose weight, but I actually gained a couple lbs.

Yes I workout daily but the rest of the day I'm not active, so I feel the "activity level" isn't an accurate, since i'm already deducting the calories i'm burning during the workout.

anyone have any advice, I'm around 175 lbs
