pre workout meal for mornings

Hi everyone, I cannot workout on an empty stomach. I feel dizzy.

So my question is to all those people who work out first thing in the morning, what do you eat before you start working out? Do you have a pre workout drink?

I would like to have my pre workout and a light snack before i start working out. Whats a good time frame to wait before i jump into the workout?
