Hey all! ..Thursday is the name of the day of the week, so tell us how it is going or will go for you.
I have a legume type plant with a little flower from the remains of our food plot we planted. A lot of it has dried up; like, it rains sesame seeds when you walk through itπ ..But there are a few fresh stragglers; one of them being this Deer Vetch or American Joint Vetch. You might already guess from the name that it's good for the deer, but also other wildlife. And this vetch is also good for the soil as it is a nitrogen fixer. So happy animals, happy dirt. Talk about a win-win all around.
You know what else is a win win? Workouts, of course! They keep us healthy, active, and sane. And if they are not, then it might be time for a break or rest. Because there is always too much of a good thing. So ask your body, consult with your brain and choose what works for you today!
It is a cardio workout from Fit2 for me today. And I may or may not do it. I know there's a 1000 calorie workout the day after and I usually like to rest the day before. I might do the alternative core and back workout with Daniel, or go easy on the cardio. Or maybe just challenge myself a bit.. Hm, I suppose I'll do some asking and consulting of my own and modify accordingly! Good luck with your workouts and rest today, Blenders and my Fit2 Buddies!
And how about them yummy meals? I think I'll be having some brown rice topped with some sweet and sour pork. Sounds like a tasty Thursday meal to me! Do share how tasty your Thursday is!
And in speaking of good ol' Thursday, who wants to be (as Lea referred to it last week) on ghost duty?!π» ..If you don't know what that is, it's basically me asking you if you would like to guest host the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) check-ins. You could do one day, both days, or a check-in for both days. There's no real requirement; just a desire to do so and in whatever fashion you like! It's a great way to provide variety and give you all a little break from meπ ..So if you want it this weekend (or next, or future weekends) speak up!
Okay, all done for now, so I better bounce on outta here and get a move on with the day! But I do hope your day goes as well as it can go!
