Fitness Blender Giveaway – October 21

Happy Wednesday, Fitness Blender family!

Well, it is time for this week’s Workout Program Giveaway, so here we go.

As usual, all you have to do is answer the question in bold here. We do need your answer in the comments below for it to count (it has to be in this same thread for us to track entries, so please respond here only).

But, before we get to this week’s question, like last week, we have a bit of background to offer and a peek at some of what is to come here at Fitness Blender.

We always promote exercise being crucial to mental and physical wellbeing, but when COVID hit, we immediately began to think of ways we could help make Fitness Blender even more accessible. With so many people struggling to find their bearings and stay healthy during stressful times, working out became more important than ever to many people and we wanted to help. Being able to work out at home became a lifeline for many individuals.

In fact, we soon started to hear from people who are responsible for groups of individuals with questions about how to help their groups stay healthy at home. These questions led to us having an open dialogue with a wide variety of businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and even governments all over the world about how they are adapting their health and wellness programs to make use of virtual resources.

Through all these conversations, we have consistently heard that employers are seeking to add virtual resources like tele-health visits and virtual check-ups, online mental health services, online nutrition counseling, and online fitness resources.

So with all of this in mind, today’s Workout Program Giveaway question is:

** What virtual health and fitness-related resources does your employer provide? **

We’d love to hear how you’re staying healthy and engaged, and if you have ideas for how we can help as many people as possible who are working from home, trying to maintain routines, minimizing stress, and trying to stay healthy.

Good luck, everyone!
