I started with fbbodyweight, hence fbabs round 1, fbflex, fbbooty. I am now in the second week of fbblend. 💪💪
I have barely lost 4 pounds in weights but in measurements I have dropped many centimeters as seen in the photo. I feel stronger and more agile, with more energy.
In With regard to food, I am not dieting and I am not going to do them again, but I am applying intuitive eating (mindfulness), I feel better And I hardly forbid myself any food, I try to listen to my body when it is hungry.
