Good morning FB Family!
Are you all ready for a new week? Now is a great time to take a nice deep breath and get your head in the right space, maybe even plan ahead for some small ways that you can make your days more enjoyable and productive. If you need a pick me up and/or a good challenge, we have got a great new workout for you!
This one is intense. Daniel went back and forth between giving it a 4/5 or 5/5 on the difficulty scale - we're anxious to see what you all think! Keep in mind that you can easily do this workout with no equipment at all (you don't need a jump rope).
We also just launched a small new FB Plus update - all of your workout statistics now come with a date selector, so that you can select and compare different spans of time for workout intensity, duration, training style, body focus, etc. This was an update brought around by user feedback - thank you for sharing your ideas with us and telling us how we can be more helpful to you 😊 On a side note - super grateful that we now have a Team of wonderful people to help us bring these ideas to life.
We're filming later this week - we've got some new strength and bored easily workouts mapped out. Really excited to get into the film studio and create some new content.
