How's it going? It's a bright and beautiful day out here! I have a good feeling about this week 😊

Workouts is Day 15 LI R2, one of my fav lower body strength routines with descending reps. There's a choice of pilates (also marked my fav πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ),but feel like lifting today πŸ’ͺ😎 Been busy in the morning, so have to tackle this in the evening πŸ€” Starting week 3 LI R2 with this! Super excited.

Alrighty, what's up with you? What workouts, are you close to finishing a program/challenge? Or like moi, midway, or unlike moi, just at the beginning of one? Either ways give your best if you can (hint, the meme 🀣), at the same time don't shy away to tone it down, if needed 🧐 And what's happening with out fav topic, food?
