Weekend Check-In👻Sunday, October 18

Gooood morning/ afternoon/ evening you lovely Blendfriends!

Happy Sunday/Monday to y'all! How's it going? What's up besides the sky in your fitness life or more?

It's a beautiful weather here! Cloudy, a little drizzling and some cool, fresh air is going on. I soaked all that up while walking my FT. Just so refreshing!

It's not easy to find a Fall-y scenery in nature here to take a picture. How ever I found these orange berries (not edible) to bring you some Fall feelings. I tried😊🍂🍃🍁 🎃

What I don't have to try much is bringing fitness talks on. I have a question for you today. As we've seen some of us take a week off, recently Coby, after 6 or so months of following workout plans. How do you spend that week actively? Is it pure rest for you or you do something more active? I took a week off couple of months ago and for me was some light FB WOs every other day. Next time it will be walking outdoors. How about you? What would your "week off" look like?

Getting back to calendar, I have none scheduled and will be resting fitness wise. How are you sweating/ not sweating or swearing😮🤐 today?

Now something that we will definitely be doing all day long is eating and drinking as we're humans. What's on the menu for you?(I swear I'm not that nosey😁🤭. It's just part of the "Daily Check-Ins" hosted by Raven and Kim[who's on the break right now]). And it's the most important part of any fitness plan anyways. For us it's going to be chicken marsala by my lovely husband and I'll be eating that +🍷
