How's it going? How's your Sunday treating you?

Ahem, I did the classic mistake of starting some random show slightly late into night, dunno how that turned into me still watching into super wee hours in the morning and then eventually woke up late and groggy 🤦🏻‍♀️🧐 (Toasty-tested, please don't do this to yourself 😈). Anyways that afternoon nap (what I really mean is a small sleep session) is in order 🤣

Workouts: Sundays are generally a complete rest day for me. I'll be starting week 3 of LI R2 tomorrow. I'm already thinking about the next program/challenge 🤔
