Hello FB community,
I am relatively new to weight loss and Fitness Blender, so please be patient with me. I was just wanting to know whether it is normal to gain weight when you are trying to lose it?
I have been doing the FB Fit program for 3-4 weeks now and noticed weight loss, but about half way through the next week, I had gained about half a kilo. Is this normal? Could it be muscle gain? Thanks :)
