Restless legs/body ?

I've been working out with fb for about 3 months now, usually 3-5 days a week. It's really normal for me to be sore the day after a workout.

This week has been a busy one and I could only exercise on Monday. I've been driving and sitting on a desk all week.

Today I woke up with my body feeling restless, muscles aching. It is a weird sensation hard to describe. I feel as if my body is aching for exercise! Has anyone had this before? Maybe is other thing and I'm getting sick or something? Haha

Anyway, i will definitely try to work out a little today to see if I feel better.
