Push-up Group - Week 3: Check in

Hello fellow pushers,

how is your week going? Have you been practicing your push-ups? Where are you at? Where are you struggling?

Also, if you still want to joing the push-up challenge. feel free to do so.

I have been doing my wall push-ups, often times even doing them inclined instead of strictly at the wall.

so here are current results:

October goal: Finish a 30 day wall push-up challenge

Current state: done 14/15 days of challenge

Christmas goal: 10 full push-ups

Current state: Still at just 1 (I have been making progress at knee push-ups though, recently did 9 during an Upper Body workout).
