Hello everyone! I’m pretty new here and so I thought I’d introduce myself. I’m 20 and have been working out at home using YouTube videos for about a couple of years, but more recently started using FB. I had seen some of their videos before, but never really watched them. I don’t even know how I found their videos again, but I’m so glad I did! I can’t even go back to the other channels because I really enjoy FB so much more! I really like Daniel and Kelli’s training style much better. No yelling, or annoying pep talk. No focusing on all this “outer looks” stuff like, “sexy” everything, and “get rid of muffin top”, “saddle bags” etc. Just real things like getting strong, doing things with correct form, and being healthy for everyday life! (This sounds more like a review than an introduction, and I’m sure y’all already know all this.) 😜 Anyway, thank you Daniel and Kelli for the great, straightforward content! I’m getting stronger everyday!
