FB FIT R2 DAY 36 COMPLETE

Today was a tough one i did a HIIT 15 minute lower body workout with a warm up together i was sweating already from it haha! Whats great though is ive noticed my endurance has improved so much while doing HIIT i used to have to stop in between sets but now i am powering through it all! I feel gooood 😝 then next was the drop it like a squat lowerbody strength workout and I DID THE EXTRA CREDIT HIIT CHALLENGE TOO wooow i completed all of it and i feel so accomplished and proud of myself! workout complete ✌
