Should I switch?

Hello - I have been working out for 60 minutes in the pool daily. I do use a fitness monitor and my heart rate is anywhere between 90-130 BPM with about 450-500 calories burned. I do calorie track and maintain a pretty good 1600 calorie range. Today, after over a month, I weighed in 5 pounds heavier.

Am I doing something wrong? I am thinking perhaps I’m not going hard enough and it’s time to switch to Fitness Blender and get more dynamic, changing workouts in. (I went to the doctor - no issues with thyroid or other weight gaining underlying issues)
