Unusual feeling of fatigue

Hello

Recently,I haven't been able to properly push myself in my workouts,I feel an intense fatigue ,lack of energy and sometimes dizziness.The next day,I feel unusually much more tired,easily irritated and too drained to get up as If Iam not "present" or "there" to the point of being really frustrated with it.

I would like some advice about whether should I take a full rest day or adjusting my diet.
