Need Advice from Vegans

Hi, fellow vegans!

I made the switch just over 4 months ago. Maybe my body just needs more time to adjust, but I now find myself REALLY struggling to do the level 5 workouts on FB. I used to enjoy the challenge, but now they're just too hard on me. For those of you who regularly strength train: What does your daily diet look like? Please also share portions, calories, etc. Anything helps! Thanks!
