Today was a gorgeous, sunny, fall day. I drove to my friend in Rotterdam to finally see her new home and then we went for a walk. It was only 6.5 k, but we had a nice chat and laughed a lot because her dog was being silly.

Back at her place she treated my shoulder with an alternative form a therapy. I also went to my PT this afternoon. It is already feeling lots better, but I am not fully healed yet. Patience is hard!!! I am glad I am able to do some more though.
