✅ FB Fundamentals D11

Just finished my fundamentals workout, and added a upper body strength routine on top of it, since I was already moving and motivated (the hardest part!).

I also practiced another five minutes of HIIT, as I’m hoping to soon film one of my first HIIT workouts in about three years! I am hoping to do it in the month of October, but I may need a little extra time to build up and get stronger for that (so maybe in November, if not October?). There was an interesting conversation in the forums a couple of days ago regarding goalsetting, so I’m going to take my own advice in this scenario and just focus on the work I can do, rather than when I will reach my desired outcome.
