First week of Blend didn't go as planned...

I was SO SORE after Monday's workout that I was unable to complete Wednesday & Friday's lower body workouts. 😅 Plus I had a doctor and dentist appointment that took longer than expected so I got home late and didn't really want to exercise since I was hungry. 😋 I ended up making up some of my missed workouts on Friday & Saturday, and I took yesterday off. So far, not sore. I took a week off in between programs, and I guess this contributed to my DOMS. I hope I'll be able to complete all 5 workouts in Week 2! The weather has been beautiful this past week in Iowa, and I was able to enjoy some nice walks in the park with my husband. ❤️

Have you ever had to adjust a program before? What did you do to help combat a bad case of DOMS?
