How to achieve more definition and toning in lower body?

Hi dear FB Community!

I feel like I am doing everything in my power and should be seeing a lot more results in my lower body:

I exercise with FB program 5 days a week

I eat clean and daily practice intermittent fasting (16/8)

In addition, in the past 2 months I did 2300 squats, around 4 hrs of standing abs and 2 hrs of crab walking

In the past year I ran a total of 227 miles/365 km.

I am 45 years old. I would appreciate your advice on how to get past this plateau. Thank you so much!!!!!
