If you've thought about buying the FB meal plan, do it. I've used FB for years and love the workouts. The past few months I hit a plateau and thought I'd finally commit to the meal plan. I stuck with the 1600 calorie meal plan (higher on days I did workouts) and lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks! I'll continue this meal plan through another 4 weeks and I'm excited to see the results.
