Goals for Strength Training?

Hello everyone!

So lately, I’ve decided that I need to set goals for myself if I am to get anywhere with strength training. And I do know that these goals need to be SMART. I want to set this goal to be completed in the next six months, like I said, this goal needs to be SMART. The "SMART" acronym stands for "specific," "measurable," "attainable," "relevant," and "time-bound." But I’m having difficulty creating an actual goal, when it comes to strength training. So I wanted to ask you guys, how would you create a goal for strength training? How many pounds heavier can you lift after about a month of strength training?
