I just found my FAVOURITE HIIT routine EVER!

I usually hate HIIT but I actually enjoyed this one! It was so nice doing 20 seconds of burpees and knowing I didn't have to do anymore after that! ;)

I haven't posted here for a while but I've been doing my workouts every day and really enjoying them. I have a lot of essays due at the moment but I take the time out to exercise and it releases so much stress and anxiety! It's the one time of day I get to forget about everything and just focus on me.
