Push-up Group - Week 2: Check in

As Esther and I announced last week. We are on the road to learn how to do 10 full push-ups by Christmas. https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/22444/push-up-group-pushing-your-push-up-game-to-the-next-level

This month I am training by doing wall push-ups. And I've been able to practice almost every day. I also decided to up the difficulty a tiny bit.

Also, during a recent workout I was able to do 7 knee push-ups (previously 5-6) so maybe that is already some progress.
