HKS (Healthy, Kind, Support) Accountability Group October 7

Hello everyone!

Thought of the day: I can do it. I know, I can do it.

The deadlines for my uni essays are coming closer and I’m a bit behind on my schedule. So, this is a bit stressful, but I know I can do it. :)

Today, I started Low Impact Round 2. The main workout was a pilates routine and the EC was a 10 min lower body weightlifting session. I liked both workouts. There’s lots of work waiting for me in the afternoon and evening, but my boyfriend and I will probably continue to play “The Witcher” later this evening :D Do you play any video games?

What are your plans for today? A workout, a rest day, hopefully lots of good food?
