Five months of programs ✅ no weight change😢

I am so happy to have found FB and especially utilizing the programs. I've been doing regular FB workouts since the pandemic began and back to back programs for five months.

While I am somewhat stronger and more flexible, I am not losing any weight. I've actually gained body fat and muscle. And not as much toned muscle as I'd like. I've posted before about my issue and did use much of the advice like adding veggies and protein to my diet, really resting on days off, adding more strength training, etc. I don't have a thyroid issue but I do have a sleep issue and I do not limit carbs. I do yoga and walk often. I even got Poweblock weights.

Is there something I'm missing? I am starting to feel really frustrated about not losing fat.
