Starting again

Hi all. I’ve been ill for a few months, it’s aggravated by exercise and I was trying to do too much until a few weeks ago when I realised I need to drastically scale things back. Before I got ill I was working out daily, felt really strong.

It’s hard building back up again but I am trying to start with Pilates and low impact and hoping I can build up gradually again. I’d love any tips, suggestions, encouragement, or links to your favourite go easy workouts on here. Thank you!
