Hello everyone,

I am really looking forward to hosting this thread this week!

Thought of the Day:

If I take the time to step back and see how far I’ve come, I can appreciate more where I am at now.

My goal for this week is to find back into a workout routine. During online term at university, I had a pretty good routine: I would work for a couple of hours in the morning, do my workout, have a shower and then a quick lunch before going back to the desk for more work in the afternoon. I'm trying to get back to that. What is your preferred time of the day to work out?

My workout for today was this cardio routine: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/bodyweight-cardio-workout-at-home-cardio-with-no-equipment. It was fun! Dinner tonight will be Cannelloni filled with ricotta and spinach in a tomato sauce.
