Almost there with Fit R2!

I have a question though - is it ok to take an extra day between the final workout and the PFT?

My PFT is scheduled for Tuesday, but my workplace are doing a wellbeing afternoon and I signed up for a dance class, so I feel like a PFT after that isn't necessarily the best choice as I'll be tired already? 😂

Is it ok to take that extra day and do the PFT on Wednesday?
