✅ Day 4 of fundamentals challenge

Day 4 of the 2 Week Fundamentals Challenge, workout complete!

I’m liking the short workouts of this challenge because I’ve been doing them first thing in the morning and once I’m warmed up and moving, I’m more motivated & it turns into doing a little extra & getting my whole workout done for the day.

I always feel better when I do my workout early in the morning but sometimes I struggle with the motivation to actually start, so I feel good about the new habit I’m building. I might even finish a 2 week challenge on time, at this rate 🤭🤯

Do you all tend to workout in the morning or afternoon/night?
