Recommendations? New To Community Here


I'm new to the community here, and was wondering any tips of eating and workouts for those 'skinny' guy metabolism. It seems like no matter how much I lift and workout I can never achieve any upper body mass.

But, I don't want to bulk up like a bodybuilder to where I can stop running 5k or higher, and affect my inner body health.

I hope I make sense here :)
