Getting back on track

Hi FB friends

I am looking for some advice...

Durin lockdown I spend a lot of time working out and cooking healthy food. To be fair I've had a lot of time on my hands so it was a bit easier for me to stay consistent with my workouts and my diet. At the end of lockdown, I was in the best shape ever and so happy about it! Now that I am pretty much back to my everyday life I kinda lost time and motivation to keep up the good work. I really want to change that but I struggle to figure out how.

How do you guys manage to get back on track after some weeks of slacking?
