is it already Friday? Time is flying. What are your plans for the weekend? Anything special going on, or just relaxing?

I was preparing bread this morning. It’s a long time ago I did this. It wasn’t in the oven yet. Let’s hope it will work.

I’m still missing a mouse. A couple of days ago it was badly raining at night and our cat was very persistent to get in. So, I got up, but I didn’t realize at the door, that she only wanted to bring in a mouse, and the mouse was still pretty much alive. The mouse disappeared into the living room and I haven’t seen it since then.

We have gorgeous weather but very cold. So, we will go for a nice walk later.

Workout today will be HIIT and core for me.

What have you planned? Program, challenge, freestyle or rest? Let us know. And what about food? I will have something with tortilla wraps.
