Over extending joints

Heya

I have been working out for quite a long time now with fitness blender but have just recently found the programs, they make life so much easier for me.

Only thing I am a bit worried about is my joints; I have slightly over bending joints. They don't bother me while doing weight lifting ( I know how much I can lift without breaking my self) but stretching is always a challenge since the "traditional" stretches don't really do it for me; I can't get to the right muscle, and often end up sore just because of that.

Any tips and pointers are welcome :)
