Being reminded of how far I've come

Today was Day 24 of Burn for me, featuring this killer workout:

While it was of course difficult, I didn't have to pause, and I didn't have to modify.

I looked on the dashboard at whether I'd done the workout before, and I did it two years ago. In the note underneath in 2018 I wrote 'had to keep pausing and modified a lot of the moves, but completed it'.

This is why I'm so glad I write in the notes under my workouts! It's so easy to be constantly critical of yourself and forget how far you've already come.
