It's the little things...

It's the little things that often mean the most and I've decided that starting in October I'm going to set a "little" goal for myself each month. I've had months where my goals were pretty hard to attain. Although I've reached them a few times its very discouraging not to. So, in addition to having these challenging goals I'd like to have a small one too. Something that I'll still have to work towards but is more easily attainable. This month I've decided to focus on drinking more water. I barely ever drink water and my fluid intake consists pretty much solely on coffee (I'm a night shift nurse). What other little goals do you guys set for yourself to help improve your health, fitness level, or even to help motivate you? Looking for inspiration for future months. Thanks in advance!
