Tailbone injury

Hello everyone!

I recently took a hard fall on my tailbone roller skating...twice.πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ The second time really did me in. I feel pain pretty much all the time but I can walk and move around. I would still like to workout as it’s recommended to keep active and not sit too long. Any recommendations on workouts? Has anyone had a bruised or broken tailbone before, how long did you take to heal? Any recovery tips? Thank you!!!πŸ™‚
