1000 Calorie Workout complete! (From Monday)

Hey everyonne! So, yesterday I completed this 1000 calorie workout that some of us were tackling this past Moday, but I had to move it to yesterday since I was fasting Monday for Yom Kippur.

This was my second 1000 calorie workout completed, and I generally liked it, though I wasn't a big fan of some of the HIIT exercises on this one. I had to modify when needed, but I finished pretty strong. My upper body is super sore today! Overall I really liked this workout and my favorite sections were definitely the strength training and the kickboxing. Also, I didn't count calorie burn on this - just wanted to get through it in one piece, LOL!

How did everyone else do?? What were your favorite sections of this routine?
